Carnival Magic Departs Dubrovni

Have you received a robocall claiming that you won a free cruise? There is a lawsuit that claims Resort Marketing Group made pre-recorded robocalls between July 2009 and March 2014 that offered free cruises with Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line.

Well, it turns out that those robocalls violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, according to the lawsuit and a settlement of $7 to $12.5 million has been decided.

Each robocall will win you $300 for a maximum of $900. You can check if your phone number is eligible for a claim here. And you must make your claim by November 3rd.
