Despite the lousy weather on Sunday, local truckers turned out for the Fonda Fair's annual "Convoy for a Cause". The truckers raised a ton of money which is going to WGY Christmas Wish and Leatherstocking Honor Flight which flies veterans to Washington D.C. to tour war memorials.
Thanks to Richard Kennedy, the Fonda Fair President, his crew and all the truckers who were so generous with their time and their money. I was thrilled to see everyone at the fairgrounds Sunday to accept the check from Richard. Thanks again to all!!! -Chuck
