Yoko is the administrator of her late husband John Lennon's estate and she's claiming his image was hijacked. She's upset that his image and the line "John Lemon, Let it Be" was used to promote a drink. Yoko sent letters to the Polish drinks firm and their UK distributors threatening fines per day for the use of his image. She's also calling for a recall on all bottles. The firm registered the name "John Lemon" in 2014, two years before Lennon's name was trademarked. But the issue would really come down to the use of his image. The company is avoiding a court fight by re-branding the drink to "On Lemon" in November.
