High Winds Cause Damage and Outages in the Capital Region

It seems like winter just doesn't want to go away. 

High winds across New York State, bringing down tree limbs and power poles overnight. 

And that means outages. 

National Grid spokesman Nate Stone says while almost no place was left untouched.

There’s no firm estimate on restoration yet.
