Schenectady Murder For Hire Trial Finds Two Guilty Verdicts

Guilty verdicts in a Schenectady murder for hire case.

Joevany Luna and Kyshaan Moore have been convicted in the November 2016 murder of Charles Dembrosky.

He was found dead on the front lawn of his Campbell Avenue home.

Prosecutors called it a murder for hire case, saying that Luna, Moore, and a third man conspired to kill Dembrosky to collect on a life insurance policy.

The two men face life in prison.

The third man, Tarchand Lall, accused of paying out $10 thousand, will be tried on murder charges later this year.
