The state's Acting Attorney General says she wants serve out the rest of Eric Schneiderman's term if the legislature apppoints her to the AG's post, but that's it.
Barbara Underwood says she won't seek election this November as Attorney General.
Schneiderman resigned a little over a week ago, following accusations of physical abuse against several women.
Schneiderman's term ends on December 31st.
A bipartisan legislative committee is interviewing 13 applicants, including Underwood.
Those interviews continue Wednesday.
