A six story apartment building filled with more than 100 people, many elderly or disabled or both and with no elevators.
That's about what happened over the weekend at the Renwyck Apartments in Rensselaer.
Residents say one elevator has been down for more than a week.
And the second went down for several hours on Saturday.
An attorney for Cleveland-based Millenia, the company that manages the property, says Saturday's breakdown was handled immediately, and the other elevator should be back in service by mid-week.
In fact, he says Millenia plans to spend $50,000 to install brand-new elevators.
