Fmr. Assemblywoman Pleads Guilty to Using FEMA Funds for Vacations

Former Democratic Brooklyn Assemblywoman Pamela Harris is pleading guilty to fraud charges.

Harris resigned after being indicted in January for stealing $60,000 earmarked for Hurricane Sandy victims and a children's charity.

Prosecutors say she used the money for vacations and merchandise at Victoria's Secret. She also admitted to telling family members to lie for her to the FBI.

She faces up to five years in prison when sentenced September 26th.
