A new Quinnipiac University poll shows overwhelming support for a woman's right to choose to have an abortion.
But it's not the deciding factor in choosing a governor.
The survey shows 73 % want state law updated to further protect a woman's right to choose.
The same percent of voters agree with Roe v. Wade.
But just 4% of voters statewide, including 5% of women, call the issue the defining one when it comes to choosing who will lead New York State.
Instead, the economy leads with 23%.
