Marybeth Tinning, Jailed in '85 Death of Daughter, Paroled

Convicted child killer Mary Beth Tinning is now out of prison.

Tinning was granted parole last month after being denied parole at six previous hearings.

Tinning who is now 75 years old, walked out of Taconic Correctional Facility in Bedford Hills, in Westchester County Tuesday Morning.

She was convicted in the 1985 smothering death of her four month old daughter Tami Lynne. 

She was serving a twenty to life sentence, and had served more than 31 years in prison.

All nine of Tinning's children died young from 1972 to 1985.

Eight of the deaths said to be suspicious. 

She was indicted for three deaths, but prosecutors only pursued the death of Tami Lynne.
