President Trump is describing the flooding caused by Hurricane Florence as "epic". Trump arrived at a Marine base in North Carolina Wednesday morning.
He thanked local, state and federal officials who've been involved in helping the Carolinas get through the monster storm.
Trump called Florence one of the most powerful and devastating storms in U.S. history. The President also plans a flyover of parts of South Carolina.
