Camp Boyhaven in Milton Sold to Businessman

Camp Boyhaven

After months of negotiations, Camp Boyhaven in Milton has finally been sold.

A local businessman paid $ 1 million dollars to take over the property from the Boy Scouts of America.

John Munter Senior says he made the purchase to allow the town and DEC to work out a deal that would allow the property to be preserved.

The Boy Scouts say they're using Munter's money to improve other facilities in the area.
