A Schenectady woman, whose 4-month-old son was found dead behind a State Street apartment building, is now facing murder charges.
Heaven Puleski, who is already facing charges of unlawful disposal of a body and tampering with evidence, was in court Wednesday morning on a new indictment in the death of her infant son, Rayen.
Puleski entered a not guilty plea to murder and five other charges.
The child's body was found in August in a hole behind her apartment building.
So far, there's been no official word on how the child died, but court documents have said Heaven Puleski was on heroin between July 17th, when it's believed the child was last seen, and July 23rd.
She remains in custody in Schenectady County.
