NXIVM founder Keith Raniere is again asking a judge to release him on bond.
A court turned down Raniere's initial request to be released over the summer, but now, one of his attorneys, Paul DerOhannesian, says the new motion identifies who will pay his $1 million bond, and why he shouldn't be considered a flight risk.
He says the circumstances are not a typical sex trafficking situation.
If the judge grants bail, he would be held under house arrest in Clifton Park until his trial in March.
He wouldn't be able to communicate with anyone unless his attorneys are there, and he would have only very limited access to the internet.
Raniere is one of several people, including "Smallville" actress Allison Mack, charged with sex trafficking and forced labor.
