Vote on Repairing Saratoga Springs City Hall Expected Wednesday

Saratoga Springs City Hall

It's been more than three months since a lightning bolt caused a fire that damaged Saratoga Springs City Hall, and now we have an idea on how much repairs will cost.

City Council is expected to vote Wednesday on whether to approve $10 million in renovations for the building.

A makeshift city hall has been operating out of the Rec Center since mid-August.

Mayor Meg Kelly says it's time to start getting things back to normal.

About half of the money would come from the city and taxpayers, and the other half, hopefully, from insurance.
