Former State Senate leader Dean Skelos is due to report to federal prison in Otisville, New YorkTuesday.
The 70-year-old Skelos will begin serving a four yearthree-month sentence.
It's a medium-security facility with an adjacent minimum-security camp.
Skelos and his son were convicted in July on charges of extortion, wire fraud, and bribery.
It’s the second trial for both after an earlier conviction was tossed out.
Adam Skelos will report to the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut to begin serving his time.
Meanwhile, former Assembly speaker Sheldon Silver remains free while he appeals his corruption conviction and seven-year sentence.
