Gloversville Mayor Resigns After Pleading Guilty to Fraud

Gloversville mayor Dayton King is stepping down from his post after pleading guilty to one count of official misconduct. 

King had been accused of using the city's postal meter for his personal use. 

He's been ordered to pay back $473 and do 50 hours community service. 

He's also been fined $500.
