Fraud and Identity Theft Charges Filed Against Nassau Woman

A Nassau woman facing multiple fraud and identity theft charges as State Police conclude a months-long investigation.

Troopers say Diane Ferry used the personal financial information of a now deceased acquaintance, to obtain goods and funds in three different places.

Police tipped off by a family member of the person who died.

Ferry faces a total of 24 counts, including Identity theft, grand larceny and unlawful possession of a personal ID.

She's scheduled to appear in North Greenbush and East Greenbush Town Court as well as Nassau Town Court.
