NXIVM President and co-founder Nancy Salzman pleaded guilty Wednesday in Brooklyn Federal Court to racketeering conspiracy.
.Salzman is the first of the NXIVM hierarchy, which includes leader Keith Raniere, "Smallville" actress Allison Mack and Seagram heiress Clare Bronfman, to plead guilty.
All four face federal charges ranging from conspiracy and identity theft to sex trafficking and extortion.
Federal agents arrested Salzman last year with her daughter and bookkeeper Kathy Russell.
The Guilty plea does not include any kind of deal with the Federal Government. Salzman faces 33 to 41 months in Prison when she is sentenced in July.
