Harp Seal Spotted in the Hudson River in Albany

A rare sighting in the Hudson near Albany. The Department of Environmental Conservation is sharing some photos of a harp seal hanging out on some of the remaining snow and ice on the Hudson, not too far from the Empire State Plaza. The DEC says harp seals are known to travel up and down the Hudson River but usually not this far North.
