Operator of Limo Involved in Schoharie Crash Gets 60 Day Extension to Trial

Almost eight months after the deadly limo crash in Schoharie, lawyers representing Prestige Limo operator Nauman Hussain got their first look at the 2001 Ford Excursion.

A team of forensic experts was also on hand.

Attorney Lee Kindlon says an examination of the limo is critical to his client's defense.

Hussian is charged with 20 counts of manslaughter and 20 of criminally negligent homicide.

Kindlon has asked for a 60-day extension for pre-trial motions.

Hussain's trial is now set to begin on January 6th.
