There’s a delay in NXIVM leader Keith Raniere's sentencing.
Raniere, who faces life in prison for racketeering, sex trafficking, and other charges, won't learn his fate until at least next year.
Raniere was to have been sentenced later this month, but the hearing is being pushed back because Raniere's pre-sentencing report won't be completed until the end of November.
Raniere also wants to change his lead attorney.
Reports indicate attorney Tony Garagos has applied for a job with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, which prosecuted the NXIVM case.
That could be seen as a conflict of interest.
