More lawsuits will be filed Thursday by the families of those who died in last year's limo crash in Schoharie.
Legal action is expected to be taken against a number of potential defendants, including New York State, the state DOT, limo operator Nauman Hussain and Mavis Discount Tire among others.
20 people were killed last October when the limo went through the intersection of Route 30 and Route 30-A, and crashed into a ravine.
Limo operator Nauman Hussain is facing charges of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
His trial is expected to start next year.
