Governor Cuomo says he'll meet with President Trump on Thursday to discuss their standoff over the federal government's trusted traveler programs.
The Department of Homeland Security blocked New Yorkers from participating in the expedited entry program last week which the Governor called "direct retaliation" for the state's new Green Light Law.
That law allows illegal immigrants to get driver's licenses and prevents ICE from accessing motor vehicle records.
Cuomo's indicating that he'll now offer limited access to the database to verify applicants to the travel programs.
