Albany Postpones Tulip Festival Due to Coronavirus Outbreak

The City of Albany is postponing the 72nd Annual Tulip Festival and all related events because of the coronavirus outbreak. The events were scheduled for May 8-10. This includes the street scrubbing, a music, arts and crafts festival, and the Royal Tulip Ball.

Officials say that the interview process will continue virtually HERE for the Tulip Queen and Court. Applications continue to be accepted through April 6.
