An eight-week digital challenge for teens being responsible during the pandemic is launched, with the help of an Albany native and new member of the NY Giants.

Albany County, AT&T, Albany PAL and running back Dion Lewis are part of #AlbanyCountyStaySafe.

County Executive Dan McCoy is calling on younger residents to take part in weekly challenges on social media to help raise awareness of the importance of social distancing, wearing masks in public, and staying safe, while still having fun.

Each week, through July 11, Albany County teens will be asked to post examples of creative ways to have fun and stay productive during the crisis.

Twenty randomly selected winners will receive $25 gift cards.
