Albany Police have arrested 21 year old David Miley after a shooting last night.
Police say Miley shot a man in the back and neck near Cortland Place and State Street.
Police have not released the victim's name, but they say he is expected to survive.
Miley is charged with attempted murder.
He was arraigned this morning and taken to Albany County Jail.
