The Capital Region continued to dry out after yesterday's soaking from Tropical Storm Isaias.

The National Weather Service says over three inches of rain fell in Albany Tuesday and that's more than double the city's previous record set all the way back in 1915.

At one point, precipitation fell at a rate of half an inch per hour causing some roads around the area to flood.
