Albany County Executive Dan McCoy is raising alarm about the growing number of new COVID-19 cases.

McCoy said yesterday those numbers have climbed lately to levels that haven't been seen since April. The highest number of infections are among the 10 to 19-year-old and 20 to 29-year-old age groups. McCoy says that's a signal the virus is being transmitted in schools and colleges. He's urging everyone to follow the proper health and safety protocols.
