It hasn't even been approved yet, but Governor Cuomo has unveiled a plan for distributing a COVID-19 vaccine.

The governor said Sunday people like health care workers, first responders and other essential employees would be among the first to receive a vaccine. Meanwhile, healthy adults and children would be near the end of the list. It's estimated 40 million doses of vaccine are going to be needed in New York. The governor says the federal government will have to take a key role in making sure it's available to people.
