It appears Governor Cuomo isn't ready to stop pushing for recreational marijuana legalization in New York State.

Efforts to get a bill through the state Legislature have failed the last two years, but an aide to the governor says he'll try again in 2021. The governor may also look into creating new rules on how CBD is created and sold statewide. The next legislative session is expected to begin in January.
