Governor Cuomo says indoor dining limits may be put in place if the number of COVID-19 hospitalizations continue to surge.

He says if that rate doesn't stabilize over a five-day period, seating capacity in a region's restaurants would be cut from 50% to 25%. The governor also announced Monday that hospitals need to increase their number of available beds by 25%. Retired doctors and nurses are also being asked to return to help on the frontlines of the pandemic.
