Couples waiting to get married in New York received welcome news Friday, with Governor Cuomo announcing new measures which will allow weddings to be held again in the state.

No more than 150 people will be allowed to attend a wedding, plus all guests will have to get a coronavirus test. Local health departments must also give approval.

The guidance goes into effect on March 15th.
