A Glens Falls man is reportedly facing two new charges in connection with violent protests at the U.S. Capitol.

According to the Post Star, prosecutors have now accused James Bonet of violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building. Bonet was among a group of people who stormed the Capitol January 6th as Congress was certifying President Biden's victory over former president Donald Trump. If convicted on the new charges, Bonet could spend time behind bars or have to pay a large fine.
