People who are planning to travel on the Northway this weekend may want to leave a bit earlier to reach their destination.
The state Department of Transportation says rolling lane closures will be in effect from 3:30 AM until 1 PM Saturday. Crews will be out performing paving work in both directions between Exit 8 and Exit 10 in Saratoga County. Motorists are asked to drive slowly in that area and are being reminded that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone.
