The latest sexual harassment claim made against Governor Cuomo has been referred to Albany police.

An aide to Cuomo told the Times Union he aggressively groped her during an encounter at the governor's mansion last year. The woman had gone to the residence to help the governor with a phone problem. The governor's council reported the incident to police on Wednesday, and a department spokesperson says while the referral doesn't mean a criminal investigation is underway, police will reach out to the victim and offer her help.
