An investigation is still underway into what started a massive fire in Troy that took the life of a child.
Crews arrived at the scene on Fourth Street Sunday and found heavy flames and smoke coming from several buildings. The child was pronounced dead at the scene and another person was treated for burns. A total of 20 people were displaced by the blaze and are now being helped by the American Red Cross.
