Rensselaer County deputies are still looking into an incident where a BB gun was brought to school.
They say the weapon was recovered Monday from a Hoosick Falls High School student. The student, whose name hasn't been released, was taken into custody by police. In a statement, the district praised fellow students for coming forward with information about the BB gun so the situation could be resolved quickly and safely.
