Three of the candidates for Albany mayor get the chance to discuss key issues during an online forum.

Tuesday night's event included Mayor Kathy Sheehan, her challenger in the June 22nd Democratic primary Valerie Faust and Republican Alicia Purdy who will face either Sheehan or Faust in November. Talks centered around recent gun violence in the city where several shootings and homicides have happened in the last few weeks. There was also debate about how millions of dollars in federal COVID-19 relief funds will be spent.
