While he hasn't made an official announcement about his political future, a new poll shows many New Yorkers don't think Governor Cuomo should run for reelection.
Only 33 % of people surveyed by Siena College say that he should seek another term in 2022, while 39 % think he should finish out his current time in office and not run again. When asked if the governor should resign immediately due to the scandals surrounding his administration, 23 % of people surveyed said yes. Right now, his favorability rating is sitting at just 45 %.
