A hearing to determine if a plea deal will be accepted in the Schoharie limo crash case has been pushed back.

The Schoharie County Clerk's office say discussions between the judge, prosecutors and attorney for Nauman Hussain are now going to take place on July 7th. Hussain was the operator of Prestige Limousine and is accused of not making sure the limousine involved in the October 2018 tragedy was safe before the accident that killed 20 people. He's currently expected to go on trial this year.
