The Fourth of July weekend has come and gone, and Lake George businesses say it was a very busy few days for them.
Many of them say that their stores were often full with tourists and residents. Last year, most businesses were closed during the holiday due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fireworks cruises were a major draw with more of them having to be added to meet demand. Beaches throughout the village were also packed with people who wanted to spend time outdoors.
