Saratoga Springs Police say their partnership with the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office and the New York State Police is already producing results. A 9 millimeter 'ghost gun' was taken off the streets by police on Friday night. The partnership between the three agencies was announced last week after the Spa City has seen a recent increase in violence.
