16 Year Old High School Student Stabbed to Death in Dutchess County

Police are investigating after a 16-year-old high school student was stabbed to death following a football game in Dutchess County. The fatal stabbing occurred Friday night around 9 p.m. after a fight broke out in the parking of Arlington High School in LaGrangeville. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital but could not be saved. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office says 18-year-old Nestor Ortiz-Ocampo, of Poughkeepsie, is in custody and is being charged with manslaughter. He's a former student at Arlington High. It's not clear what sparked the fight.
