It's two years in prison for the 63-year-old man from Utica, who pled guilty in July, for making telephone threats to three employees of the Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Albany.

Robert Seifert admitted that in January of this year, he made calls to three separate employees at the Stratton VA, and left them threatening voice mails, in which he used demeaning and offensive language that caused the employees to fear for their own safety and property. Federal Judge Daniel Stewart also ordered one year of post imprisonment supervised release for Seifert.
