NYRA Announces Opening Day For 2022 Season at Saratoga Race Course

Horse racing fans have a date to mark their calendars after the New York Racing Association announces opening day for the 2022 season at Saratoga Race Course.

The 40-day meet is scheduled to get underway on Thursday, July 14th and run through Labor Day, which is Monday, September 5th. The meet will feature the 95th running of the Grade One Whitney and the 153rd edition of the Grade One Runhappy Travers. The complete racing schedule and information on when tickets will be available is going to be announced in the coming months.
