Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has picked up some very high-profile support in her bid for another term in office.
Former President Donald Trump announced his endorsement Wednesday, saying that the 21st District Republican is doing a great job and that she's strong on several issues including election integrity and the Second Amendment. In a statement, Stefanik said she's humbled that Trump is backing her and she's excited to work for another victory in November. Stefanik has been in office since 2015 and is the Chair of the House Republican Committee.
