Saratoga Springs Police Make Arrest Tied to Catalytic Converter Thefts

Saratoga Springs police say they've made two arrests in connection with recent catalytic converter thefts.

Police received a call on October 29th about a suspicious vehicle that was spotted in the area of the Honda dealership on South Broadway. Officers pulled that vehicle over and observed what appeared to be catalytic converter on the floor. During their investigation, a total of 24 stolen catalytic converters ended up being recovered. Now, both 42-year-old Trever Murphy of North Carolina and 41-year-old Joshua McIntosh of Virginia are facing multiple charges.
