Residents in three Capital Region Congressional Districts will be choosing Tuesday who they want to represent them on Capitol Hill.
In the 19th District, Republican Marc Molinaro, who is currently the Dutchess County Executive, is taking on Democrat Josh Riley. In the 20th District, Democratic Congressman Paul Tonko is hoping to come out on top against Republican Liz Joy in a rematch from 2020. And in the 21st District, Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik is looking to defeat her challenger, Democrat Matt Castelli.
