Albany is receiving state funding for a project to renovate the Central Warehouse.
The city was awarded nearly $10-million through the state's Restore New York Communities initiative, aimed at supporting economic development in urban areas. The warehouse is set to become a multi-use space with apartments, retailers, and more. It is not yet known when renovations will begin.
